  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  3. In case of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Shipping & Delivery Time

    • Express delivery: 2-4 business days (subject to additional charges)

    • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service availability.

  2. International Shipping

    • We offer international shipping to select countries.

    • Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

    • Additional customs duties or taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

  2. Free shipping may be available for certain orders during promotions or for orders exceeding a specified amount.

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

  1. The courier service will attempt delivery at the provided address multiple times.

  2. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

  3. Re-shipping charges may apply for undelivered orders that need to be resent.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  1. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and images for verification.

  2. Amaya Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier service.

  3. For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

  1. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

  2. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

  3. Amaya Clothing is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Changes to Shipping Address

  1. Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order placement.

  2. Address modifications can be made before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, changes are not possible.
